I was able to gather reasonable Patches for the strong decoders listed above...these patches have been tested and working. simply download it to a virus free usb flash drive and load to your decoder.
you need to extract it because its in zip format while some are in rar format

Hi I just bought a strong decoder (4950) but it says on the pack (upgraded to 4950H). Should I download the patch for 4950H? I am new to all these. Thanks.
